Living with Autism-A Family Needs Survey
What do you or your family need to put your mind at ease in living with autism?

The Autism Society of America, in partnership with Easter Seals, is working with national polling firm Harris Interactive to conduct a “Living with Autism” needs survey.  Autism now affects more than 1.5 million Americans and their families, yet services and supports for people living with autism are few and far between.

What’s this survey about?
In this survey, we would like to get your thoughts on your life planning decisions as a parent or as an individual with autism.

What will the survey be used for?
The Autism Society of America and Easter Seals will use these findings to educate the media, policymakers, service providers and others on the needs of people living with autism today.

How long will it take and will my answers be secure?
You should be able to complete the survey in 15 minutes.  Your answers will be secure and anonymous.

If you are ready to take the survey and make your needs heard, click on the link below:

Thank you for your time and assistance today.
