Hi folks -

I'm a neurodiversity counselor working with ASD, AD/HD, LD, and BPD teens and adults, helping them to transition from the family home to independence or to build better independence skills and strategies. I'm in the SF Bay Area, and constantly on the look out for other practitioners in the country who are doing the same type of work -- I get queries from all over the country and would love to refer to resources who are local to the inquirer.

If you know of anyone who is either working with older teens and adults in any capacity or specifically in transition work, please let me know. There are so few of us doing this work and it is so important!

Thanks so much, you all are so great!
