My son has beat many odds.  He was diagnosed when he was 3 and could only speak a few words.  With many hours of therapy both in school and at home, and with the support of many...he has graduated high school with a 3.5 gpa and is in his second semester at Western Kentucky University.
The problem we are having now is paying for the tuition.  I cannot find scholarship money for kids who beat the odds and are on their way to college.  It seems so unfair to me that kids with other disabilities can get a full ride through college and my son, who has worked so hard to get through high school, has to pay the full cost.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I dont know much about it, but have you looked into the autism program at WKU that helps kids on the spectrum?
